Please note we deliver by express courier ONLY: you cannot reserve a specific time for delivery. The system will notify you automatically about the status of your shipping, and you will get 1 hour delivery window during the day scheduled for it. You can then tell the system to deliver another day, or leave your order in a collection point near you. Please notice: for Parcel Force ONLY it may happen that if you ask to deliver to your local post office, if this is too small, it could be unable to accept your order. At that point we need to reschedule the delivery to another address, or to you address at the working day that suits you most.
